Complete Services For You LLC is led by Gus Eliopoulos, a licensed Illinois electrician who has been wiring Chicago-area homes and commercial properties since 1992: more than 30 years of code-compliant, permit-pulled, inspection-passed work. EliosTech, led by his son John, handles the estimates, scheduling, low-voltage and smart-tech side, so you get that legacy with a modern, fast front door.

Prices are typical ranges for the Chicago suburbs, including standard parts, and exclude permit fees, panel/utility surprises, hard-lid or concrete access and after-hours work. A trip/service-call minimum applies per visit. Combined cabling + electrical jobs follow the physical-job fee schedule.

EliosTech Premium Protection Plan: $199/month Home, $599/month Business

Most electrical problems build silently (a loosening connection, an overloaded circuit) until they become an expensive emergency or a safety hazard. The Premium Protection Plan is a monthly maintenance relationship with EliosTech, Inc.: you are EliosTech’s customer, and the licensed electrical inspections and work are performed by our licensed partner Complete Services For You LLC.

• How it works: you pay every month ($199 Home, $599 Business per location). When an electrical issue comes up, the service call is covered under the plan instead of you paying the regular service-call price ($500 or more). This is especially valuable for ComEd-related service (utility coordination, meter/service issues and restore visits).
• Home, $199/month: covered service hours on routine electrical service calls, priority scheduling, and one annual electrical safety inspection visit.
• Business, $599/month (per location): covered service hours on routine electrical service calls, quarterly inspection visits and emergency-response priority (Gamma lists a 4-hour response window; confirmed in your written plan terms).
• Service hours only, no hardware coverage. The plan covers the electrician’s service time on a covered call. It does not pay for or replace any hardware, equipment, appliances, electronics, panels, breakers or parts, including anything damaged or destroyed by an outage, surge, ComEd event or overloaded circuits. It is not insurance or a warranty.
• No long-term contract; cancel anytime. Coverage applies only while the plan is active and paid.

Not included and not discountable through the plan: domain-lead / business-analysis engagements, requirements workshops and Sprint 0 discovery; the $900 one-day inspector meeting (its own product); website, domain, hosting, SEO, web retainers and software or portal builds (including CrewFlow); annual programs; network / low-voltage cabling projects and drop counts; panel upgrades, whole-home rewiring, new construction, commercial fit-outs and EV charger installs; smart upgrades, solar and owner’s-advocate packages; materials, parts, permits and other trades. Paying for the plan does not enroll you in any domain, software or annual package; those are sold and priced separately at full package rates. Project-scale, flat-bid or install work beyond a routine service call is quoted on its own written estimate at normal rates.

What does the monthly maintenance plan include?

You pay $199/month (Home) or $599/month (Business, per location). When an issue comes up, the routine electrical service call is covered under the plan instead of the regular service-call price ($500 or more), which is especially useful for ComEd-related service. Home includes one annual safety inspection visit; Business adds quarterly inspections and emergency-response priority. The plan covers service hours only: no hardware, parts or equipment, and nothing damaged or destroyed by an outage, surge or overloaded circuits. It does not cover projects, flat bids, panel upgrades, rewiring, EV chargers, cabling, smart/solar packages, materials or permits, and never includes domain, website, software, business-analysis or $900 inspector-day services, which are priced separately at full rates. Do I need to be home for a service call?

For smaller repairs and installs we can often coordinate with a property manager or trusted adult on site. For high-ticket installs, panel work and new construction, we prefer a walkthrough with the property owner or GC at the start.

Can I bundle electrical and low-voltage work together?

Yes, and we recommend it. Combining electrical with cameras, WiFi or cabling in one project visit saves coordination time and fewer mobilizations. Popular bundles pair panel upgrades with EV chargers and camera/WiFi systems. Any bundle savings are shown on your written EliosTech estimate.

Do you serve areas outside Chicago?

Yes. Complete Services For You LLC is licensed across Illinois. We serve Chicagoland suburbs including Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, Des Plaines, Schaumburg, Evanston, Oak Park, Naperville and Orland Park; new construction and large commercial projects statewide.

Who do I pay, and who does the work?

You deal with and pay EliosTech, Inc. only. Complete Services For You LLC performs the licensed electrical work under its license as EliosTech’s subcontractor.
