EliostechBook a fit call

Finance ERP work that matches how your business actually buys, pays and closes.

ERP projects rarely fail on the software. They fail on unclear workflows, approvals nobody owns, and integrations that were never mapped field by field. Eliostech sits between finance, operations and IT to fix that: current- and future-state process maps, gap analysis, Power Automate workflows, requirements that survive UAT, and a board that stays honest until go-live.

Who this page is for

  • Finance and operations leaders moving procure-to-pay, vendor onboarding, expense/T&E or GL processes into Dynamics 365 or another ERP.
  • IT and PMO teams that need a Business Systems Analyst to own integrations, data mapping and UAT.
  • Implementation partners that need an extra BSA or functional consultant on a D365 project.
  • Hiring teams and staffing partners that need a BSA, ERP/CRM BSA or D365 Business Analyst — contracted through EliosTech, Inc.

Where EliosTech helps across the ERP lifecycle

We help finance, operations and IT teams turn how the business actually works into an ERP that supports it:

  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations workflows: documenting and configuring vendor onboarding, expense/T&E and labor workflows, with Power Automate approvals tied to Azure DevOps stories.
  • Process flows, API specs & data contracts: turning leadership direction into process flows, API specifications and data contracts for account, subscription and procure-to-pay workflows.
  • Delivery & release discipline: impact analysis, story mapping, backlog refinement, UAT and ServiceNow release management; disaster-recovery runbooks and recovery exercises with Dev, Ops and QA.
  • Board and cadence: epic-focused stand-ups and a backlog kept current, so leadership sees status without chasing it.
  • Small-business finance setups: EliosTech keeps its own general ledger and scopes payment and e-commerce setups for small businesses, so finance conversations start from lived experience.

Tools we work in: SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, plus data mapping and source-to-target work.

How an ERP engagement runs

Same engagement model as our payments work: we work with you to open the right accounts and access, name the subject-matter experts, discover the remaining effort with them, and move each phase forward with a written estimate, so you can budget and track every idea into a working process. You can stop at any estimate boundary.

  1. Process map — how a purchase, an expense or a vendor moves today, who approves, and where it stalls.
  2. Board — epics and stories in Azure DevOps or Jira, mapped to modules and teams.
  3. Estimate — a written estimate for the phase, with prepaid or milestone options.
  4. Requirements, workflows & integrations — configuration needs, Power Automate approvals, data mappings and interface specs.
  5. UAT & cutover — scripts, defect triage, go-live checklist and early-life support.
  6. Handoff — runbooks, training notes and documentation so finance and IT can own it.

Rates (market-competitive, stated up front)

Engagement shapeTypical rate
Long-term remote BSA / D365 contract (roughly 1–2 years)from ~$80/hr
Onsite or heavier hybrid, Cook / Lake counties~$130/hr
Short C2C surge, cutover or rescue~$200/hr
Process discovery & blueprint (fixed scope)Fixed estimate after the fit call

Why these numbers: they sit in the senior BSA / Dynamics 365 functional band — process ownership and integrations, not commodity staff-aug. Contracting through Eliostech Inc. (C2C preferred; W2 when the total package is strong) covers the entity, insurance, accounting and invoicing, plus one owner accountable for the outcome. Longer terms and prepaid blocks bring the rate down; short notice and onsite days bring it up.

How we work

  • C2C through Eliostech Inc. preferred; W2 when the total package (benefits + rate) is strong — discussed on the fit call.
  • Remote-first for U.S. clients; light hybrid in Cook and Lake counties.
  • Written estimates before major spend.
  • Visible boards from day one.
