Annual programs

For owners who would rather have one accountable partner and one predictable number than a string of one-time jobs. Programs start at $150,000 a year. Infrastructure is billed over a 2-year or 3-year plan. Depending on risk, volume, timing and scale, a program runs up to $200,000 a year or more per person, multiplied by the extra people EliosTech, Inc. hires to staff it.

The whole idea in three numbers

1

$150,000 a year to start

The base program: one accountable lead from EliosTech, Inc., a standing schedule and an annual roadmap and budget for your systems and infrastructure.

2

Infrastructure over 2 or 3 years

Cabling, racks, servers and networks built under the program are billed over a 2-year or 3-year plan instead of all up front.

3

Up to $200,000+ per person, × your crew

Risk, volume, timing and scale move the per-person rate from $150,000 toward $200,000 a year or more. Multiply by the people EliosTech, Inc. hires onto your program.

You are the CEO of your world. Your program tells us where you want us.

A program is not a blank check of authority. You lead your company; the engagement type written into your program agreement tells EliosTech, Inc. where you want us and how far our authority reaches.

  • Vice-president–level ownership, vice-president–level money. Programs where EliosTech accepts vice-president–level status and owns the outcome across your sites and systems are priced from $150,000 a year per person up to $200,000+. A narrow individual or external-consultant focus can carry significant discounts.
  • Clear boundaries. The program agreement sets the relationship boundaries: who decides what, which systems and people are in scope, and where our role ends. The work and services EliosTech offers to your business are proprietary to EliosTech, Inc.
  • Billed like a monthly SaaS. Program access continues while program fees are paid and current. If payment stops, access to EliosTech service can be cut off until the account is current; any infrastructure plan balance stays payable on its schedule.

What the base $150,000 program covers

  • One accountable lead. John Eliopoulos and EliosTech, Inc. own the outcome: one contract, one invoice, one person to call.
  • A standing schedule. Planned visits and remote work booked ahead, instead of waiting in line for one-off calls.
  • An annual roadmap and budget for cabling, closets, networks, devices and the business systems that ride on them.
  • Infrastructure on a plan. What we build for you bills over 2 or 3 years (below), so a big build does not land as one big invoice.
  • The same open price list. Anything built uses the same numbers as a one-time job: skilled time $165–$200/hr, parts at cost + 1000% (11×), 12% parts search. Why those numbers →
  • Two-week sprints with a demo and a progress and change report each sprint, plus a written review each quarter of spend against plan, so the number stays predictable.
  • Add-on engagement types on request: QA testing, UAT testing, test plan creation, automation testing and product enhancements, scoped as sprint stories. See add-ons →

Infrastructure on a 2-year or 3-year plan

Instead of paying for a build at handover, the balance is spread over 24 or 36 months. The financing fee is 12%–20% of the planned balance, set by term and risk in your signed program agreement. The plan fee (spec) is paid first and never financed.

Example buildBalance2-year plan3-year plan
12-drop cabling job (high estimate, after the plan fee)$18,950$884–$948/mo$590–$632/mo
Rack + servers + network refresh$60,000$2,800–$3,000/mo$1,867–$2,000/mo
Multi-site network and cabling build-out$150,000$7,000–$7,500/mo$4,667–$5,000/mo

Monthly figures include the 12%–20% fee band; your agreement states the exact fee and schedule.

What moves a program from $150,000 toward $200,000+

FactorCloser to $150,000 / personToward $200,000+ / person
RiskOne site, standard gear, no money movementPayments, banking or regulated systems; downtime that costs real money
VolumeA handful of projects and visits a yearMany sites, devices, drops or integrations every quarter
TimingPlanned windows, normal hoursGo-live dates, after-hours and weekend work, short notice
ScaleOne locationMulti-site or multi-state, several systems at once

Crew size: multiply by the people we hire for you

The program rate is per person. The lead is the first person; every extra individual EliosTech, Inc. hires and manages under the S corporation for your program (field techs, network engineers, analysts, developers, testers) adds one more at the rate their role and risk call for. You still get one contract, one invoice and one accountable lead.

ExamplePeopleRate per personAnnual program
Base program: one lead, steady work1$150,000$150,000/yr
Lead + one field tech2$150,000$300,000/yr
Lead + field tech + network engineer, multi-site3$175,000$525,000/yr
Higher-risk payments / multi-site program, lead + 34$200,000$800,000/yr

Formula: rate per person ($150,000 to $200,000+) × number of people = annual program. Infrastructure plans are billed alongside it.

How a program starts

  1. 20-minute fit call (free). Is this a program, or one job?
  2. Epic kickoff. We walk the whole program: epics, features, stories and tasks across your sites and systems. You decide whether the work and the price are right for you.
  3. Sprint 0: paid discovery ($8,000 down payment first). About 2 weeks and up to about 30 days. We find the right people, collect their estimates and write the program proposal and Sprint 1 plan: people, rate per person, infrastructure plan and term.
  4. Accept or decline Sprint 1. You may decline. If you sign, Sprint 1 scope is honored and demoed as completion, then the program runs in two-week sprints with a demo and a progress report each sprint. Billing follows your agreement, and the first builds go on their 2- or 3-year plan.

Same plain terms as every job: at-will, we may decline work that does not align with our values, lawful methods only. If a program ends, future program fees stop; any infrastructure balance stays payable on its plan schedule or can be paid off early. Read the terms.
