Services menu
A premium menu, priced in the open. Two ways to buy: a one-time job (plan first, then build) or an annual program from $150,000 a year with infrastructure on a 2- or 3-year plan. Either way it starts the same way: a free 20-minute call, then an Epic kickoff, then a paid Sprint 0 that ends in a Sprint 1 plan you can accept or decline. You see every number before you commit.
You are the CEO of your world; the engagement type tells EliosTech where you want us. Vice-president–level ownership takes vice-president–level money, while a narrow individual or external-consultant focus can carry significant discounts. Contracts set clear boundaries, EliosTech work is proprietary, and, like a monthly SaaS plan, service continues while it is paid. Read how it works →

Cable, servers & networks
Physical setup for offices, restaurants, shops and job trailers: the cabling, the closet and the network that rides on it. Not the cheapest and not a factory: good work at the appropriate time, priced in plain numbers below.
Why a job costs what it costs
Three things set the price: the plan, skilled time and parts. Everything else is small, printed here first, and shown line by line on your estimate. No surprise lines, no rush charges you did not ask for.
The plan comes first, and it is paid
8–12 field hours on a single-site job (about $1,320–$2,400; more for servers, networks or extra sites). You get the drop map, the materials list and a written price before anyone opens a ceiling. It is yours to keep, and it is never financed.
Skilled time: $165–$200 an hour
One senior tech who drives, inspects, installs, tests and documents. Travel, testing and paperwork are inside the rate, not extra lines. Each visit has a 4-hour minimum ($660–$800) because getting there, setting up and leaving clean is real time. Most sites take two visits.
Parts are billed at 11× what we pay
Cost + 1000%. If the cable and jacks for one drop cost us $50, that drop's parts line is $550. You are not buying parts; you are buying parts we picked, vetted, carried, staged, configured and stand behind on day one. Have your own? Bring them, and you pay only the time to inspect and set them up.
Small, printed-in-advance fees
12% parts search on the parts line (a $5,000 parts line carries $600). Optional financing 12%–20% of the financed balance. Returns: 15% restocking or $100, whichever is greater. That is the whole list; nothing appears later that is not on it.
Electrical is separate on purpose. New circuits or dedicated power are done by our licensed partner Complete Services For You LLC under its electrical license and quoted on their own line, so you see exactly what is low-voltage (ours) and what is electrical (theirs).
Worked example: a 12-drop cabling job
One location, open drop ceiling, EliosTech supplies the parts. This is exactly what the estimator shows for that job.
PlanSkilled field timeParts (× 11)Parts search
| What you are paying for | Low | High |
|---|---|---|
| Your plan (spec & written estimate) 8–12 hrs, paid first | $1,350 | $2,400 |
| Getting there & setting up 2 visits × 4-hr minimum | $1,350 | $1,600 |
| Doing the work on 12 drops pull, terminate, test, label, document · 2.5–3.5 hrs each | $4,950 | $8,400 |
| Cable, jacks, plates, panel ports, labels what we pay × 11 (cost + 1000%) | $4,650 | $7,950 |
| Parts search 12% of the parts line | $600 | $1,000 |
| All-in, before any financing | $12,900 | $21,350 |
In one line: roughly $12,900–$21,350, or about $1,080–$1,780 per drop, all-in. At the high end about 58% is skilled time (plan, travel, install, test, document) and 42% is parts we choose, carry and stand behind. Hard-lid or concrete ceilings add time; bringing your own parts removes the parts lines. Financing (optional) adds 12%–20% to the financed balance, never to the plan fee.
Rather spread it out? On an annual program, a build like this (about $18,950 after the plan fee) bills over 2 years at about $884–$948/month or over 3 years at about $590–$632/month.
How a one-time job runs — four steps
- Plan: Sprint 0 (paid first). We walk the site and write your spec: where every line and device goes, the materials list and a written price. You keep it either way.
- Accept or decline Sprint 1. Your written estimate is the Sprint 1 plan. You may decline it; if you sign it, that scope is locked and honored. We order, inspect and pre-configure the parts.
- Build. Cable pulled and terminated, racks built, switches, firewalls and access points mounted and configured. Usually two visits per site.
- Test & hand over: the demo. Every line tested and labeled, every device verified, drop map and network map in your hands. Down payment credited; balance due, financed, or rolled into an annual program plan.
Good work at the appropriate time. We are not the cheapest and not a factory; if you need it faster, priority scheduling is available and priced up front.

Fee schedule — physical jobs (cable, racks, servers, networks)
| Item | How it is charged |
|---|---|
| Spec & first written estimate paid first | Site walk, inspection, drop plan / rack elevation / device list, materials list and your first written estimate. 8–16 field hours for the first site (about $1,320–$3,200), plus 4–6 hours for each added site. Due up front, before any design work; non-refundable once performed. |
| Field service hours | $165–$200 per hour. Every unit price already includes transportation, inspecting, configuring, installing, testing and documenting. We do not sell bare labor. |
| Mobilization / trip minimum | 4-hour minimum per visit ($660–$800). Most sites take two visits: install, then test and handover. |
| Materials & hardware service-on-materials multiplier | Billed at procurement cost + 1000% (11× what we pay). Hardware is not sold at cost: the multiplier covers sourcing, vetting, carrying, staging, warranty handling and our responsibility for it working on day one. EliosTech is not a discount box store. Bring your own and we inspect and configure it at service rates. |
| Parts search fee | 12% of the materials & hardware lines. |
| Financing (optional) | 12%–20% of the financed balance, set by term in your written estimate. The spec fee is never financed. |
| Restocking / returns | 15% of the item's billed price or a $100 base fee, whichever is greater. Special-order items, cut or terminated cable, and opened or configured hardware are non-refundable. |
| Priority / rush | Nothing is rushed by default. Priority, after-hours or weekend scheduling is available when paid for, quoted on the written estimate. |
| Job minimum | $3,500 per physical job. |
| Spec & mobilization down payment | $3,500 up to $15k · $6,500 up to $50k · $12,000 up to $150k · custom above · $8,000 when the scope needs discovery. |

From a 20-minute call to Sprint 1: one path, every time
EliosTech, Inc. runs work the Agile way. The free 20-minute intro call is the start of your Epic kickoff, and it is the same path that leads to the down payment, the first meeting and the first sprint. You decide at each step whether the work and the price are right for you.
- 20-minute intro / fit call (free). Is there a fit, and is this a one-time job, a set of sprints or an annual program?
- Epic kickoff. We walk the whole project together: the epic, its features, the stories under them and the tasks under those. Together we decide whether the amount of work and the price are right for you, the owner.
- Accept, then down payment. Once you accept, EliosTech acts on your behalf as an authorized party to the project: we find the right people, collect their estimates and report back to you. Nothing gets committed for you without your written approval.
- Sprint 0: investigation (down payment first). Sprint 0 is the hardest sprint to estimate because it is the longest and needs the most work up front, so it always starts with the down payment. It runs about 2 weeks and up to about 30 days, depending on the project, and it produces your Sprint 1 plan: scope, estimates, people and price.
- Your call: accept or decline Sprint 1. You are free to decline Sprint 1. If you accept it, the Sprint 1 scope is locked, honored as written and demoed to you as its completion. Then the next payment is due, and additional work can be scoped in from what has already been defined.
- Two-week sprints from there. Consistent two-week payments, a demo at the end of every sprint and a written report on progress and changes. You see what you are paying for, and the team stays on the exact tasks that are most valuable to you. That keeps the price clear and avoids disputes.
Physical jobs follow the same path: the paid plan (spec) is Sprint 0, your written estimate is the Sprint 1 plan, and test & handover is the demo. Read the Sprint 0 / Sprint 1 terms.
Business analysis & domain work
For payments, banking and ERP buyers who need a senior analyst to own the outcome: open the accounts, find the subject-matter experts, write the estimates and track the budget. Senior bands from about $80 to $200 an hour; most engagements start with an $8,000 discovery (Sprint 0).
Add-on engagement types you can hire on any project
During the Epic kickoff you see every feature, story and task, so you also see where EliosTech can take a job off your plate. Any of these can go into a sprint as its own scoped stories:
QA testing
Functional and regression testing of every story before it is demoed to you.
UAT testing
We plan and run user acceptance testing with your people and track sign-off, from the first test to cutover.
Test plan creation
Test strategy, test cases and traceability back to the stories and acceptance criteria.
Automation testing
Automated regression suites so later sprints ship faster without breaking what already works.
Product enhancements
New features and improvements, scoped from the backlog we have already defined together.
Add-ons are priced at the business analysis rate bands ($80–$200/hr) or as sprint stories in your written Sprint plan, and they are never added to a sprint without your written approval.
